Business Line, OPAL Telecom. Is this a good deal and what are the experiences?

I have had a sales call from Opal who are quoting £13 line rental plus £10 per month broadband (busibness priority) and unlimited. These prices would be plus VAT. Feature line at 55p per item (call divert etc). I am out of contract with BT so no penalties but would have to sign to Opal for 2 years and then get out on the dot or enter a further year with penalties. They tell me the speeds would increase with them in my exchange. They are offering a free router but this is not as good as my Netgear router at present. Can anyone give their experiences? I believe this is the business arm of Carphone/Tiscalli but the figures seem good. I am more concerned with iplayer speed and reliability rather than a few pence and we do not have an optic exchange (or any prospect of cable in the sticks!) Current download with BT is 3.4 on an echange rated at 8).

The early termination feees are very high (£300 in year 1, £125 in Year 2). Also you will probably find that the rates are only fixed for the first year and then go up.
Not sure why iPlayer speed is important on a business line?

My shop is 12 miles away but I work from home. When the children come home from school ........... !! (and my wife now watches programmes on iplayer!
