CPW tradein woes

Must be me having problems this time my own work. Did trade in over the website said cheque would come within 5 working days this was on the 21st of jan when you say court they go off on one about taking your own employer to court but why shouldn't I

what can I do?

Well cpw do delay tactics to send any cheques - if they said 5 working days, that probably means 5 working days plus 14 days to receive the cheque.

If you still do not get it - just email your big boss dunstone.

Well it's been 14days now but nothing a manager should be calling me after I said court but I don't hold any hope

Thing is I would want to make sure they have received the phone first ... then worry about courts.

I wouldn't worry about courts then - just moan a bit, tell them you work for the damn company and just email dunstone telling him you are a concerned employee - get some bonus points.
