 Hi All
I purchased a phone from CNM on a 12 month contract with 12 month cash back,
My phone was registered 25th April 2006, for the first cash back, their website states 120 days or 4 months, which one is it?
My fourth bill will be August but 120 days would be my 5th bill, which one do i send?
I have emailed CNM constantly with no response to 5 emails, they never even emailed me to send the cash back forms i had to get them from Phoneboxdirect.
Is their a direct number for CNM? everytime i phone its always busy, not surprising if this is the way they treat their customers!!!!!!!!

hi
my cousin runs a mobile phone shop and he told me that companies like cnm who run 12 month free deals do these deals at a loss, they are relying on customers not sending in the correct bill or in time so that they dont have to pay.
this is where they make their money, on average only about 60% of people claim their cashback on time, the rest is profit

From their terms and conditions:
"Send us the claim form and original bill that arrives showing you’ve been connected for 4 months. i.e. if you were connected on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May. This is 120 days (4months) after connection."
So it would be your bill dated around 25th August (or send both to be on the safe side!)
