I've got a similar plate I'd like to sell.
I was at the Japanese Auto Extravaganza last weekend. I got talking to some people from thepl*temarket.com. It's a new site launching in a few weeks. You can advertise your number plate on it without going through a dealer. They said my plate would cost 49p/month to advertise.
They've got a registration form up at the moment. If you register before the site launches, you get free advertising for 3 months.
Not a bad deal IMO!
