i have 2 questions i need help with

1) who is the cheapest company i can use to send texts abroad (lebanon, middle east)

2) i want to send texts from abroad - lebanon to uk, who is the cheapest company i can use?

what about sending texts from lebanon to uk anyone know?

If you're sending Lebanon to UK then get yourself a Lebanese SIM card -- that'll definitely be MUCH cheaper than roaming (where you have to pay to send and receive texts).

its true its cheaper to buy a local sim.

but you dont have to pay to receive texts

text messages from the uk are the same price irrospective of international destination aren't they?

not at all.

Normally 20p to 35p, while texts to UK are 3p to 12p

Also if you get a text bundle say for 100 texts, your international texts will still be charged.

or in other sense if you are asking is it same price for text to all int destinations, yes it is always same price.

what I mean is: Isn't the price the same no matter which country the mobile that you send the message to is in or is registered in? I thought only short codes were more expensive (sometimes)

Lebanon comes under the most expensive band to send text for all the networks. All the deals for cheaper text tend to just include european countries.

Three charge 25p to text from abroad to the UK which is cheaper than any other network.

O2 text from abroad is 40p, or O2 can charge you the cost of 4 text from your allowance to text from abroad, only any good if you have plenty of text to use up.
