Simply 3G - Am I Stuffed?

Ive got to send my last 6 bills to Simply 3G to get cashback.
For some reason and I dont know how, ive lost March. Ive phoned 3 and they can send one out, but it has "copy" written on it.
On the Simply 3G website it states that they only accept originals. No copies, photocopies, duplicates etc etc
Seems like im stuffed?! Any ideas?
