Hi,
I have tried a search but not gotten any hits for this phone.

I have bought an NEC E313 phone off ebay but i can't get it to work off my T mobile sim card as it is a 3 network mobile phone.

Any way of unlocking it so that it can work?

thanks in advance.

It will do that because it is locked.

However, I did this with the NEC E616v for my dad as a christmas gift, so he could use it on O2 - it can make and receive calls & text, but you cannot use mms, gprs or any 3g service without the 3 sim card, as the phones were only ever rleaseed on the 3 network, so there is no way of altering the access point / gprs settings etc etc.

    hi,

i have unlocked/repaired 1000's of nec phones. the reason i asked the question is because most 3g NEC phones will not work with newer t-mobile sims and older orange sims because the sim voltage is different.

if it freezes its the the sim card, if it says enter correct usim it is locked.

    regards
