The answer to whether or not you should refund return postage depends on the reason for refund. If the phone is faulty or is not as described then morally you should refund him the return postage. If however he wants to return the phone and get a refund just because he has changed his mind about wanting the phone then you shouldn't refund his return postage.
Another thing to remember is to check the IMEI number of the phone you sent him (I hope you have copied it down) against the one on the phone he returns to you just in case.I

see this is the problem i dont believe what he is saying (he is saying he never recieved the charger and a few other things which make NO sense!) but this once in so many transactions it was my cousin not i who packed the phone - he assures me the charger was there and everything was fine
(NEVER AGAIN!)
i believe my cousin packed the charger hes not an idiot, now when this guy returns it it really wont have a charger which puts us in a bad position of having to find a new one!
the other things he is complaining about are that
it doesnt include a memory card (it wasnt stated in the auction that it did!)
that theres a password set on the phone which there isnt but he can get round it with reseting it anyway!
the screen protecters falling off (so?) again didnt say it was included
ive said to him ill refund only the cost of postage he paid me but not the cost to return the phone (compromise!)Yes Your Dukeiness

Make sure you say to him that you will only refund once you have checked the security markings you put on every single component on the phone. Scammers will sometimes send back old batteries, old covers etc etc.0
