Orange Mobile Internet & Orange Dolphin Question

I have a question, it may sound stupid so I apologise if its just a case of me missing the obvious.
Anyway I read somewhere (or the orange woman told me when I topped up) that they've introduced something so that if your like going on msn/facebook etc on your phone that you won't be charged more than £2 a day.
Do you have to register something for this? Because my free browsing ran out and it seems to be costing a fortune to just nip onto my emails when I'm not at home.
Also with the Orange Dolphin PAYG package, I know if you top up by £10 a month you get 300 texts, 50mb internet.
What do you get if you top up by £20?

Hi,
When you top up by £20 your free text allocation increases to 600. Topping up by £30 gives you unlimited texts, subject to a 3000 texts per month Fair Usage Policy.
