SStrange question - fertility crystal needs identification

Hi, not sure if this is the right board, but don't think there is a geology board.
Before Xmas I bought a polished gemstone from a shop, the basket with teh stones in had a note which said "for fertility" no clues needed as to why I bought it, I kind of believe this stuff.
Anyway I can't for the life of me remember what the stone is called, it is clear with some white cloudy bits in it, can anyone help me identify what it is? I'd love to know more about it.
Many thanks in advance.

Could be rutulated quartz?
Carnelian is one of the best for fertility along with moonstone and chrysophrase.
I don't quite believe... but then I bought a pretty bit of peacock Carnelian and have ended up with a baby boy while on the pill (and taking it correctly) as well as a baby girl while I had a minera coil in (well, it was supposed to be in). that has since been moved out of the bedroom. Just in case. DH has had the snip so we don't want to see just how effective it might be!0 -
I'm not sure I believe but I like them because they're pretty and if carrying one, wearing one or having one makes me happy because it looks nice or because it has "properties" then I don't mind I love them because they're pretty and I like pretty thingsDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Very very pretty! I like the natural ones better than polished stones though. I've got a huge chunk of rose quartz that is probably my favourite of all.0

Wow, thanks for all the responses. It's not rose quartz, or carnelian or moonstone (would have remembered those, thought it might have been something like "sodalite" but a google pulls up nothing like it, It's very pretty, clear with white clouds. Looking at he pictures it could be moonstone but it's not as irridecent and perfect looking. No the name definately had "lite" at the end of it.
OH with his ancient A level in geology is no use whatsoever!:staradmin0 -
Actually, think it is white moonstone looking at the pictures... tho in teh shop it had a different name. Anyone ever got knocked up with this by their bed? (please give me hope) x

Solidite feels powdery, even when polished (pretty sure it dissolves in water)0
