Let me get this straight..Seller A is like an agent. Buyer B and your seller C..
You sold the ipod to Seller A..so Seller A pays Seller C. fair enough..
but you posted it to Buyer B..and Buyer B recieves the ipod.
so what seems to be the problem for Seller C..? which is you..
you do not have any interest with what seller A and buyer B do?
seller A gives you money..Buyer B recieves the ipod.
I THINK, all you have to do is prove that Buyer B recieved the ipod..smile everyday...cos its free

Kind of...Buyer A B etc are immaterial..all that matters is that the Ipod can be tracked as delivered to the confirmed address on the paypal payment that was received by the OP.
I know I don't express myself clearly, so apologies..but all the OP has to do is look at the transaction currently in dispute. The paypal payment associated with that dispute will (hopefully) show a confirmed address, that's where the tracking number should prove delivery to.

What is the Paypal dispute about?
Just because they are asking for proof of delivery - i thought this was standard inforation requested on all paypal claims
but could it be that the funds have been obtained via credit card and they are now saying the credit card was used wrongly

i know ebay arent much better but report it to them as well as a non payment, which it basically is.0
