  • thanks :) only worry i have as first time i'm moving in a chain is that we havent found something we really really like yet, the areas we want to live are much more expensive than where we are now :(
    meaning we will need to spend £50k more for a house possibly smaller than what we have :(
    I've been spoilt with space in my first house as not in the best areas

    Haha! I know what you mean! I'm currently living in what was my late grandfathers house, which is soon to be sold by my dad and aunt. Its a 6 bed detached in an acre of grounds... outhouses, orchard.... muntjacks springing about....

    Its going to be a shock moving into a 3 bed semi! :eek: Though the heating bills might make up for it!
