Applied for a contract phone with this company last night, It was for a Samsung E900 with a free xbox 360 on a 18 month contract. I rang pretty late last night so they said that the application wouldnt be processed until the morning, So I gave them my details and paid the £19.99 for the handset and rang back this morning and the application was denied but now im trying to get my refund and they keep fobbing me off, saying the computers were down and they'l ring me back. Anyone had problems on what to do and anyone know the best way to tackle this?

Finally got them to sort my refund out, BUT they said it'l take 4-5 days to come through. Bllody useless.. Dont mind taking the money straight away and before the application has been processed but trying to get MY money back is like getting blood out of a stone. Idiots.

Been tryin to sort this out for the last hour now, one person said my refund will be in my bank within 3-5 days, now there telling me 7-10. Still on bloody hold now, Posistion 13. Gett pssed off now!!

- although my own experiences with OSPS haven't been the best in the world, as far as I'm aware a refund to a credit/debit card normally takes 4-5 days to appear in your account. Have OSPS stated that they have processed the refund, or are they saying that they won't process the refund for another 4-5/7-10 days? - If they have processed the refund then I would expect it to take a few days to appear back in your account, - this would be normal from any retailer.

They told me all there refunds are by personal cheque, Bit strange I though. But I said ok and am waiting for it now.
