Additions to side bar!

Liking the new additions of the MoneySaving Tools to the side bar, makes it easier to find instead of going back up to the top of the forum.

Thank you - you got there before I even had chance to write.

Even though we're working on the full redesign (which is looking fab by the way - lots more reworkings), as I wanted to add the loyalty and reward checkers to the tool bars, I decided to take the opportunity to rejig things a bit.

I think part of the navigation confusion was that newbies went to the green and red bars at the top rather than the main navigation bars at the site of the page. This way there's an obvious priority - it also frees up more space at the top of page - which i think is welcome.
