Hello
I want to open a new account to put some my child tax credit in - as I know that I will have to repay some of it - as I know that I am being paid too much each 4 weeks. But don't want it reduced by 25% next financial year.
So I want to pocket the interest and then pay them back the overpayment.
So is there an account I can open without having to put my wages in or one where I do not need a wage?
Thanks
Sarah

Hi, sorry I'm looking for the same thing actually, need an account to put money in and to set up a DD to pay a bill. Prefer internet account as never have time to get to the bank!! The current accounts tend to require a regular, large amount per month, my amount will only be about 280.00. Seen a good online savings account but then charges per month, which I don't want!! >:(
