Judging by your post history, It's clear that you simply troll the boards for fun and attention.

Get a job.
I've had experiences of this too very recently (last week!). I sold a car on eBay, spent a week arranging viewings, emailing people back and forward, considering offers etc etc. Then i had an email from a guy asking if id meet him halfway as he's coming from a fair distance. Being the nice guy that i am i said yes (if he paid for my petrol obviously). Anyway, he won and we arranged a time and place to meet. Because of the experiences ive had with ebay before i checked my emails constantly over the next few days to make sure he wasnt going to back out, and all week nothing. Then, the inevitable. The night before i was due to meet him i get the email, 'sorry, something has happened with my car so i cant afford to buy yours'. And that was it!! So i went through all the time, effort and money for nothing and now ive got to do it all over again! Luckily, i kept in touch with someone who viewed it and was interested, he came down the next morning, to my house, paid in cash and off he went. So there are some people who get the whole auction idea, but then there are quite a few retards out there too (see a few posts above) that dont seem to get that once the 'hammer goes down' thats it, its yours, theres no umming and ahhing about it, YOU HAVE JUST BOUGHT IT!!!!!!!
Oh, and i will be persuing the guy for the listing fees too.0 -
Some people just don't understand that if you win something at an auction you have to buy it, that is the point.
All my previous experiences have really put me off ebay, I have had loads of good transactions but the odd one or two annoying buyers have really taken the shine off it for me.
Sorry - I don't have any advice, just wanted to share my twopenneth.0 -
Thanks,
Think i will go for the unpaid strike form option, but it is long winded.Think ebay is too weak on these serial none payers, Should be a block on one unpaid strike bidders, the lowest you can block is over two in a month, these in my opinion is too low.0 -
I am with Soolin that they may not understand how a mutual works and from what you have said they do sound a bit clueless but I wonder if NPB is a bit harsh. Have they offered to pay your fees and the difference between their bid and the next one?
I wonder if you raise a NPB against them will they not just pay, unless they do not know how a NPB works. If they are as clueless as they sound and you send the item, will they know how it the item works etc.
I think that there should be a test (commonsense and eBay rules) when you sign up to eBay.0
