I'm sort of in...
on Thursday I am going to visit my sister so I shall possibly try and blitz on Friday BUT I might have to go in to work and my teens have two INSET days this week - cruelly timed to match my non-paid-work days...having said that there is always Saturday....
***note to self IF I do some vacuuming at, say 9:30 am on Saturday I MIGHT not have to wake the kids UP by shouting them muhahahahahahahaha***
Many thanks to The Three Musketeers - All for One and One for All!
and I MUST MUST MUST UPDATE BANK ACCOUNT SPREADSHEET...
I'm so far behind...
***wanders off muttering about groats and farthings***
and e-mail the CSA
***goes to find hair shirt and flail***
have had a phone call from the boys-in-blue - well one of them, checking location of incident and what, exactly, I saw. Apparently a statement will be taken at some point...
ETA I forgot I am supposed to be going out on Friday night in Steel City...
ETA and I suppose it might be sensible to write down what happened yesterday before I forget:oDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

I'm in again. I need to start on the attic - now I've said it, I'll have to do it! Nag me if I don't mention it! It needs clearing so that builders can insulate it from the inside and DD1 wants it as a bedroom. I'll take a picture and show you the problem tomorrow....
Thankyou to the terrific threesome and here's hoping for a good week ahead!0 -
Please count me in again. I have been a bit lazy the last 2 weeks, and it's showing, but tomorrow I'm going to try really hard.0
-
Can I please join this week?
I've been following the thread since the start of the year, but I've had to do so much decluttering just to be able to do the tasks that I haven't really been able to join in, but last week I managed level 3 for 3 days, and nearly everything on the last 2 days (I work Thurs/Fri so I struggle to get motivated when I get home!)
We live in a small 2 bed terrace with a 2yr old, nearly 1yr old and a black cat (and cream carpets) with no storage space so things are tight.
I'm going to aim for 3 stars, as the master bedroom (aka dumping ground) is gonna get me every time.... but this thread has really helped me get things going and the house looks sooo much better than it did.0 -
Thoroughly enjoyed my first full week so would love to try again this week. Thanks for the new thread etc.
