declutter living room floor & hallway
s&s bathroom
reorganize & dust bookcase
put away all dvd/cd's in correct places
culled magazines - only current months publications on coffee table to read
straightened cushions on sofa
called DVLA - tax disc has gone missing in post - not a happy bunny

Good day to you all!!

Hope you are all ok and had a marvellous weekend! I went to a chinese restaurant in the village on Friday with my neighbour friend, her husband, her little one and my little one.

It was lovely nomnomnomnomnom......diet went right out the window. But hey - its another week, so I just need to get on with it again.

Not much news about my mum - still in hospital and stuggling to breathe, but still making progress so Im pleased with that.

Flying wise...... LR is decluttered and ready for a clean-sweep when I get home. and hopefully shouldnt take to long to clean it.... dining room sideboard is a different story however, but will keep plodding away at it during the week and will hopefully get another 5 stars!!! :D:D:D:D:D

[STRIKE]Declutter and vacuum the floors![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean out a sideboard/bookcase/other storage[/STRIKE] Don't have much storage in here; and it's OK. I tidied, dusted and polished the coffee table instead, as that's where all the junk goes! Wiped the rings off the coasters, too... (classy, eh?:D)
Level Two
[STRIKE]Vacuum under furniture you can safely move!
Dust and deweb.. Make sure smoke alarms are still in good order
Clean the sofas.. vacuum under/between/backs cushions.. turn them over for even wear if possible.[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]Sort out magazine racks/piles of newspapers etc.. can any be recycled?[/STRIKE] Used for firelighting
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe window sill.. do not put back the clutter![/STRIKE] Currently home to 2 aubergine, 3 pepper and 2 chilli plants... but I tidied them up and swept up the leaves and watered them
[STRIKE]binbag dance[/STRIKE] Nothing to throw; but I put 10 things properly away in 10 mins, instead
Extras

1. [STRIKE]Finish/do a small DIY job[/STRIKE] Mended DD's metronome
2. Wash any soft furnishings that are ickified
3. [STRIKE]Catch up on phonecalls.. to friends, family or nagging ones you have been naughtily putting off!![/STRIKE] Tried, but they were out. Downloaded Turbolister instead, then exchanged some e-mails with the person I was trying to reach after all......... all about e-baying!
4. [STRIKE]wipe/wash/dust any ornaments[/STRIKE] No - but I wiped the hearth, the fire-surrounds, the piano and the practice mirror
5. [STRIKE]Hoovered the hall to get rid of the ash I spilled earlier![/STRIKE] and dusted and dewebbed it and polished the mirror for good measure, which may be claimable later in the week?

Have also emptied and reloaded DW, unloaded dead TD, ordered 3 pairs red patent shoes online (nice to have a choice and can be returned to store), dithered about TD's online (can't really afford new one and can't decide between cheap Zanussi or cheaper White Knight - any recommendations?).

I could go and clear a path to the attic room of doom so that I can bring stuff down easily....

Not useless, just differently abled:p. Highlight the text you want to change colour and click on the 'A' (next to sizes dropdown). Then choose your colour!
