I was going to suggest queens cakes (lush) until I noticed you didn't have eggs. How good are you at sewing? This could be an idea.......

i've gone for the banana and custard tart, although it was a very close run thing with the sultana eggless cake!!
The pastry is resting at the moment, hopefully it will turn out ok!
