Vodafone Issues

Well simply put, i have a number of vodafone deals for my family and i though i would get myself a new iphone with them because i need the texts, passed the credit check all good but vodafone have said they wont connect the phone, even though i have done a credit check and passed?

what the hell can i do

    Moan at them for an explanation?
    Return the phone if its a contract deal. Might just be that you have too many deals with them in your name. How many contracts do you have with them in your name?

    3 with them but have been told i can have 4 and i cant return the handset no returns as i was brought though phones4u

    And what is the reason (if any) why they cannot connect it?
    I don't see why you would have to pay line rental for a non service - is it pay and go?
    You could try the vodafone forums http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/index.php?act=idx

    I have found it a good way to get to someone to act on problems.

    contact and no reason i have pass credit check for the new line but its weird

    If they won't connect and won't explain it, I can't see how they could bill you for a non service. I would call it a free phone then :D.

    Could be issue with the phone itself though, perhaps there is an issue with IMEI.

    no issues with imei, phones4u said they will look at it today but nothing

    Yeah but today's Sunday, give them time - phones4u are good unlike cpw.

    yes :P

    atm me and my work are having a bit of issues (trade in cheques not being send (sounds like e2save and mobiles) and messing me around with hours)

    ill go and see the manager of p4u tomorrow

    Just aside from your problem, and talking of cheques - dialaphone sent me a cashback cheque (within 8 days) - in an envelope which was not closed. It still arrived woo hoo.
