skype on your mobile

i was wondering i could save a few quid and download skype onto my mobile
and use it to make calls from my mobile to people who are on skype also
would the phone provider charge for using the connection?????

doubt very much there is a mobile verision of skype, there is a pocket pc version i think but you would need a fair bit of free/cheap gprs to save money

most T&C on free net (t-mobiles webwalk tarrif) outright ban it - hardly suprising seeing how much you could save on charges!

The only cost effective way (if you get a good deal on one of the following) is to use a BENQ P50 or P51,N80,E61 or one of the newer Orange SPVs,only catch being you'll have use Skype over an open WiFi network either yours someone elses.If you use GPRS over the network you'll pick up a bill.

If your looking at using wifi for making camm BT Fusion might be worth looking at.
