We don't want to download music or films, it is really just surfing and my OH wants to hook up his xbox to play games, so would this 15Gb be enough?

    I would say NO.
This only gives you 500mb per day, general usage for a couple of hours a day can easily be 100mb, add that to the XBox and you also want to download films/music, then you are not leaving much spare.
I'm paying £22 pm for a 50gb limit (although it was not limited when I bought it) but I just about cope with that although I would like more.
It may also depend on your connection speed, eg, the lower the speed, the less the limit.

Check out the usage guide I linked to. I just put in 42 hours a week surfing (6 hours a day), 42 hours of gaming a week (6 hours a day, and 100 emails a week. This came to about 3.9GB a month! 15GB is plenty for what the OP wants.
