Scenario
I have an ongoing appeal just now thta might wipe a load of money of my so called arrears .
The pwc is only getting approx 55 % and the SOS is getting approx 45 % due to pwc bening on benefits .
I have been paying a deo of a rediculous ammount over the last 4 months and the majority of the money was going to PWC which keeps going down due to CSA b**ls up's
.
if my calcs are correct
Currently i owe
Arears 3400
PWC Due 1870
SOS Due 1530
If i win the appeal it means that approx £6800 will be taken off my arrears balance
Would they just stop her money as they have already paid this out to her ?

I would imagine that you would switch to a nil deduction until the arrears are paid back to you, what happens on the other side doesn't really matter to you, no one is going to starve or freeze to death
Just make sure your side of affairs are taken care of.0 -

If the appeal goes in my favour i am hoping that i get the remainder back 6800 -3400 aprrox
And if pwc has already been paid out an execess should i not be assesed at nil till things balance out
Then after a few months she may be entitled to something (just hope their abacus is working when calculating ) as she is on a different benefit that i don't need to subsidise0 -
No other takers anyone0

If any longer the pwc gets more money that Joe taxpayer has to foot the bill0 -
The PWC will have to pay it back!
Our PWC has been overpaid and has to pay it back0 -
All i have done is deduct it out of what the Nrp decides to pay me. Despite having DOE in place still don't the correct amount. The amount is no where near as yours tho.0
