what to do????
Hi, I recently took 18 month contract as an upgrade with O2 through CPW. the effective cost is 5 pnds/month affter the cashback. Now I bought a new iphone and am looking to browse internet on the phone. But the contract I got at the moment hasnt got any data allowance.
What options have I got here?
Can I ask the o2 customer services at the CPW if I can get some data allowance (provided I pay them extra each month)?
Will they say it is not possible because it is a redemption deal?
