You can buy frozen chappati's & frozen stuffed paratha's at supermarkets & any indian grocers, naan's we don't make them, you buy them 4 or 6 for £1 at all indian grocers!. Also, if you can't be bothered with all the mixing of spices etc, i would go for the patak's range of ready sauces, they are wonderful!!. Otherwise, in any indian grocers, they have shelfs full of authentic ready mixed spices specifically for meat/vegetable dishes, all ground down, fresh & ready to go, we use these as a base quite alot!. Some even have recipes at the back, so you can't really go wrong

I'm not sure your spelling is right. Google offers an alternative for shabjee (sabji and also shabajee) but still can't find "shodri sabji".Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. The Bhoona is the Hindi term for cooking the combination of spices in hot oil to release the natural oils and flavours of the spices and to remove the raw taste. My Doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently became immortal.
