    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    I havent had time to use mse for a long time and recently did a net search of Card Factory... which is how i saw this post :p

    no not outed. the few times i have looked at mse in the last 6 months i have posted every time...used to look at mse several times a day so yes i would say as i said before I hardly have time for mse these days - i barely have time to check emails and play my online games.
