I think the OP was saying that they had no balance on their bill to pay they owed Bt zero pounds, so I agree totally charging £5 for not paying something you don't owe is crazy !!!!Good Enough Club member number 220 -

clark ... totally off thread, but there's no need to capitalise the first letter each word. I'm sure it's harder for you to type that way and it's definitely more difficult to read.

The site changes posts written entirely in caps to that style. It's even harder (IMO) to read posts written in upper case.0
