e2save again-changing access/cashback

Options
Sorry to say another thread re e2save

Has anyone noticed how they have removed the access via their website regarding cashback queries- it used to be possible to log into "your account" and from there email a query re where is my cheque- that's gone now.

So now the only way to query money back is to the Irish call centre on a 0845 number.

Also I printed out my offer details in April and it was for £80 x3- now this has mutated to £76 x3- I'm NOT happy- I have my printout and their original paperwork showing a higher amount and there will be hell to pay if they try and underpay- its not the amount but the principal and i will take it to court if required.
You know what... you can't beat a good bargain!!!

  • I noticed that as well- given the wait on the 0845 line amounts to a considerable amount of time and their appears to be no alternative geographical number to phone the cashback team on, I am annoyed that I will have to pay to speak to them regarding the apparent changing of monies being offered by them. (By my reckoning they are only paying back £240 for the year and as such are not paying for the itemised billing which the contract stated would be paid for at the outset!)

Can anyone shed any light as to why this partcular company is trying to be more difficult to contact in realtion to cashback claims apart from the obvious reason of non payment.
