Letting agents changed energy suppliers

Ok, sorted out the mess with the energy suppliers, was on phone for nearly 2 hours  with them all!
EDF cant take over my supply until the 4th, as they have to allow SE to have my account for 28 days under the supply rules.
So thats sorted, and should be done by the 4th.
So ive worked out, using my last 19 days readings, that from the 21st January (date EDF were due to take over) to the 4th March, i will be out of pocket by £70!!!:mad: Works out at £1 a day extra that im paying for gas, and 62 pence extra per day for electric. Quite a difference!!!
So question is, who should be paying for me being out of pocket by this much? LA said there "wasnt a lot they could do" and they would speak to the company they used called hallmark to see what they say.0 -
HI there
I complained to energy watch when the same thing happened to me.
If you google energy watch their website will come up, I am unable to post the link.
They mediated and got me my money back! Well worth the effort to contact them.
Good Luck!0 -

Anybody? Any rules etc that someone should pay for me being out of pocket?
Thanks again0 -
There are no rules but I would write a sharp letter to the letting agents asking for compensation.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
