Three Mobiles games - watch out!

I have a Nokia E63 which I bought from Three. There were a number of games installed on the phone, which I assumed were full games or limited demos. I clicked Tetris and it said "You have just bought this game". I then found out I had been charged £4.99. There was no option to buy or pre-warning about the charge. I phoned Three and they tried to blame me saying I should not have clicked it, but it was installed on the phone so I think that is harsh. After some argument they credited the £4.99 back but warned me not to open any games in future as they will not reimburse them. I think it should at least ask "Do you wish to buy this game?" and warn about the price so the customer can make a conscious decision.

Was the game actually installed on the phone or were you using the 3 web link to get to the games?0

I've never encountered that before. Either you buy and download, or you download a trial and then buy the game in the application.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
