Sorry, it's just I know yours was 1.5 eggs per person Aless, whereas this is only 1 so just wanted to check we were still singing from the same hymn sheet!

I resurrected a thread on old style about using up ready brek and money queen uses ready brek in twinks...

So I'm guessing it was the oil/lack of syrup, gisi and frankie...

right ho, well I'll have a ponder....

thanks! You know when you really hope something but then you have to check if it's true because it might not be, but that's fab! OK so I'll repost with reductions...

And we'll serve with the croatian potato salad and 80g carrots per person?

spanish omelette

4 eggs,
160g sweetcorn
160g onions,
garlic,
Salt and pepper
little bit chilli powder.
60g cheddar sprinkled on top
Milk
mustard or mustard powder.

serve with 320g of carrots
and croatian potato salad

If you wanted to leave out the cheese or sweetcorn (or to serve the corn as a side) the carrot, grated and put in the omelet, is nice and sweet and flavourful. We used to have carrot omelet quite often when I was younger.
