Anyone know how my wife can get a P60u form? or if she would even have access to a P60u form if she can't claim benefits?

I don't think she'd be able to get P60u form but she may be able to get the job centre to give her a letter which states she's not eligible for benefits. May be worth talking to them.
As for contacting the SAAS, I've never had any dealings with them but have you tried emailing them with your enquiry?
  • She'll need some way to prove she can't claim benefits, as said above, the job centre or similar should be able to do this.

As for sending the documents, there should be an address given to send them to. This should be done as soon as possible.

    Thanks for the suggestions!

I contacted SAAS; they say that I should contact JobCentre Plus.
I then contacted JobCentre Plus; who told me to contact SAAS...

I then tried to arrange an appointment with JobCentre Plus. The girl on the phone just kept asking me about what benefits I wanted to claim, even though I told her that I just needed to see someone that I can talk to about getting a P60u form. She then told me that I can't see an advisor unless I want to claim benefits....?!

Neither of them answered my questions....

    Any further suggestions?
