Hi, yeah it is a new touch phone to bring her out of the dark ages according to her! lol I didnt think anyone got letters until tom regardless of grammer or secondary. now im wondering if the letters are at the houses today?? cant wait to get home now

Just to remind everyone, that Girls model posted theres yesterday by 2nd class stamp and by accident SOME of them ended up today at peoples home. They apologized.

Well theres nowt here from any school, only bills I'm afraid. If the school my daughter ends up at has only sent the post out today second class and it doesn't arrive in the morning, everyone on this forum will hear a primeval howl coming from me, no matter where their location. Right, MUST DO SOMETHING!

though I am just wondering why only some ended up in peoples homes and not them all. Maybe they are just letting on that there are some still to arrive, for how would they know if some have to arrive or not?

Was it definitely everyone bigbiff in your daughters class that got a letter from girls model?

As we are all off to friends in the evening tomorrow so can't go out for a celebration dinner in the evening to a restaurant of her choice.

Instead we are off to Victoria Square for lunch and then the Paperchase outlet in H of Fraser - to buy some new stationary for going to 'big school'!!

Just coasting currently - so busy at work today fortunately that I don't have time to think about it until I check on here!!:)

I've been a "lurker" (sounds like there should be a law against this!) on the board for some time and really enjoyed all your posts throughout this interminably long process. Just like Girls Model, some people have also received letters today from Bangor Grammar - I'm happy to say that my son got his and has got in!!! He's a bright child but is dyslexic and this whole process seemed to conspire against him getting into a Grammar school, which is where his school believed he should go. He scored 93 and we'd really given up hope that he would get his first choice so hopefully this will reflect the general situation with schools taking right down to the fourth quintile and everyone will get into the school of their choice!
Bets of luck everyone - I really hope tomorrow turns out as well for you all as today did for us!!

cant beleive some schools have sent them out today. seems a bit unfair.
