    Morning

OMG just one more sleep and I bet it doesn't actually involve much sleep.

Well in last night's dream we ended up with Ballynahinch High School or The High School as they call themselves. I have now convinced myself that we aren't getting a letter from Grosvenor and that its going to be from Methody or Wellington. I'll be delighted with Methody and can live with Wellington.
  • Morning, I've checked the papers and the only one to even acknowledge tomorrow is the Irish News. They have a full page (16) covering the story so far and outling the appeals procedure for parents. I really think the reporter must read this thread as he mentions stressed parents intercepting post at sorting offices.:rotfl:

Thanks for that Belfast Mum. The Irish News have been trying to get stats and info on age standardisation from AQE too but have been hitting brick walls like the rest of us. Still at least they have acknowledged the fact that tomorrow is a big day unlike the Tele (who I'm going to stop buying a paper from). The Tele really annoy me the way they started that campaign last year when it was too late and are continually massaging their egos about what a great campaign it is. Yeah it did shedlaods of good.
  • I can't believe we are finally nearly there. What a long road this has been, but I will always be so grateful to this forum for helping me through it all! It is so good to know I am not the only mother stressing so much about it. I was out last night with some other p7 mums from the school, and was astounded at the number of them who are going away for the weekend and won't be opening their letter until they get back on Sunday or Monday!!

Good luck to all for morning - it has been a long 'ould road!

We are also away for weekend and have to be at airport early but am leaving key with a mate and she is going to open post and phone us 'cos I know I won't be able to settle until I know for sure, particularly when I know kids' friends will be texting to let them know their own (hopefully) good news.
