Sharing my excitement!

Just thought I would share my excitement with you all, am FTB and put an offer in on a repo the other week but the lender took it off the market. I was gutted and viewed lots of other houses, but none coming close to the one I had set my heart on.

By chance today was messing with the rightmove app on my phone and low and behold my original house was back but with a different agent (have checked on propertybee now I'm home and was only listed again today!) I have put my offer in again and now have fingers, toes and everything else crossed!!

I am trying not to get excited in case I get let down again, but I cant help it, I love this house!! :j

Fingers crossed 4 you that it all goes smoothly! I've also fallen in love with a house, so I know what it is like when nothing else compares! Selling mine and Mums house and buying one together and the one we love sold but then the chain broke down and it came back on the market! We have now sold mums house and reduced mine and promised the seller full asking price if she waits for us! Lets hope I will be sharing my excitement on here too soon!
