iPhone without a SIM
Hey all!!
I really could do with some help here. My boyfriend bought an iPhone ages ago and being a typical man didn't bother getting any insurance - "it'll never happen to me" attitude. However unfortunately he dropped it as his friend was reversing.....not good esp as he loves this gadget more than me....it's true lol.
He's using a rubbishy Nokia old now
So it's his birthday soon and I'm looking to buy him a new iPhone to replace the flattened one - obviously the cheaper the better and I don't need a SIM.
Any ideas??
Emma

Ebay for a second hand one. Probably be around £200-£250 for a 3G. 3GS will be more. If you want a brand new one, they all come with sims with Pay as you go on all the iPhone networks. They range from around £350 to £550 brand new.0 -
Be careful with ebay though, there are lots of iphone 'look a like's' being sold on there,so read the small print thoroughly before you place a bid and only use paypal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for the comments.
I had thought of ebay but I am really quite worried of fakes etc. I think I'd prefer to purchase from a reputable retailer.
Anybody with any other thoughts?0 -
I was personally thinking about tesco pay and go - taking it on buy now pay in 12 months and netting some clubcard points too, check out the tesco direct mobile section on their website. Means getting a card through tesco i think but you could just pay it off monthly..0

Also your taking a gamble with Ebay as there have been a number of genuine ones on there but that are blocked for use in the uk. i.e probably stolen0
