my dad passed away when i was 18 and still living at home so since ive moved out mum has driven me near insane all on her own bless her.

every crimbo she buys me a calendar that she fills in with famly [including my own and my partners and children's shoul i suddenly forget. and then a week efore she phones to remind me to send them a card when i know perfectly well that their birthday is coming up.

is always 'put out' if we cant afford to attend a family function [most recently the uncle i rarely see 70th birthday meal. just couldnt afford to go.]

takes ages to answer her phone if she is watchineg corrie or emmeradle [she lives for her soaps] as she is pressing record on the video [yes VIDEO] so she dont miss a bit. which isnt as bad as one of my aunts who refuses to answer her phone when corrie is on. and if youre round said aunts and its on you arent even allowed to make breathing noises [seriously] even 4 year old children.

and mum will only make calls, as do her siblings, on or after 6pm as its cheaper and she wont speak if she has to call my mobile, she drop calls and then i have to call back.

    drives me mental
There's someone in my head, but it's not me
