Buymobilephone tmobile contract 200 auto cashback question.
Hi early this week had taken a contract with buymobilephones.net website on tmobile which has a 200pounds of automatic credit to account 90 days after the purchase.
After placing the order received the email but nowhere in the email it is mentioned the 200 pounds of account credit. Today received the parcel and the paperwork do not talk about 200 pounds of account credit which is automatic and paid straight to account after 90 days.
can anyone who recently bought contract from buymobilephones with automatic credit, can confirm me if this is ok.

Thanks...but unfortunately hotukdeals is not very helpful for discussions. Also the above deal has already been expired meaning that deal wont be visible by default.

Wouldn't it have indicated it through the ordering process and on your email confirmation? I haven't dealt with these, but other retailers that I have dealt with it did not indicate anything about the deal wiht the delivery note, but did on the email confirmation.
According to BMP site:
£200 Automatic Cash Back
Automatic cash back will be paid by BACS directly into your bank account. This payment will be made automatically approximately 90 days after your connection Date. There's no redemption vouchers and there is no need to make a claim.
Did you also take screen shots of each page of the order/offer for backup?

Yes I have taken the screenshots of everything. It is a bit odd though. The confirmation email I received statest hat I am subscribed to a plan code XXX200AC......obviously the last five letters mean 200 auto credit. After speaking to their CS I was told that they had a glitch on their servers when I placed an order and a no of orderes do have this problem. But again, why dont they drop an email to advise the customers of this.....a very hit and miss company.Wouldn't it have indicated it through the ordering process and on your email confirmation?
