Torrents To DVD

If you are going to be watching lot, get yourself something like this where you can just stick a USB stick in - saves yourself 5 mins each time you want to watch [STRIKE]Lost[/STRIKE] I mean, a legal torrent.

i have a wdtv which looks very similar to this product
if it were as good as the wdtv i would consider buying this for the bedroom

anyone any ideas on this please

popcorn hour is a fantastic bit of kit; no need for converting with that.

However, programs i use to convert my files is:

Main ones:

GSpot
Tmpgenc 2.5
Tmpgenc DVD Author

sometimes needed:

virtual dub
besliced

Using these programs i can build my own dvd, add my own background, menus and have the layout how i want.

why bother with all that !!!!!? convert x download click two buttons and does it all

Yes, convert is easy to use, but doing it my way i can:

1. keep ac3
2. put between 1 - 8 movies onto a single layer dvd with animated selection dvd menu.
3. Never had a coaster burn
4. It's the only way i can 99% guarantee the final dvd will play on anybody's DVD player.

And a few other little things.
