This is a criminal offence under the Compensation Act 2006 unless Black Knight are otherwise exempt from the requirement to be authorised. I am sure that the MOJ would at least be interested to know of your experiences Ninja?0

I rang Black Knight and ask whether they were handling my file, it is currently with Watsons. They said to me that although they did have some of Watsons they did not have mine.:mad:0

LOANCHECK have been operating for a long time and clients do seem dissatisfied with their cases and the way they are handled. ALso there are far more companies that seem to have acted the same and handled cases the same to date and these are the ones that MOJ should concentrate on at the moment. The ones that have already made lots of money from something that is actually looking to be dishonest for some. IF they are looking to tighten the reins then i am sure that they will be looking into "new" firms also.0
