I'm making mine a card and some shortbread, and will also add a cryptic little note to tell him that all his presents for this year are being reserved for One Big Present.
I may also buy him a pig's heart from the supermarket because he likes to cook them and I think they're disgusting.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
Three gifts left to buy0 -
I have bought some valentines goodies for my boyfriend, a soppy DVD, silly socks and boxers, mini packs of love hearts, a framed photo of us and a bottle of pink cava.
I have also bought a love heart ice cube mould from Asda (£1) and this afternoon I'm going to melt chocolate, fill the moulds and decorate. I have bought a pink icing tube so I will write a message on themI have bought white/milk and dark chocolate so will make some mixed chocolates, layered and squirly ones (a little like seashells) I'll post some photos later.
I also plan to make chocolate brownies on Sunday and have them warm with ice cream and a love heart dusting of icing sugar. I have bought some sexy underwear and red candles for the evening!

I think it may have been me who mentioned about the 100 reason why I love you in a jar as I put that on another thread on here.
I have brought a I Love You toast stamp and a heart shaped frying pan from Poundland and will make my OH a cooked breakfast using them. Am also thinking I will use the pan to make heart shaped pancakes on Tuesday.
I took up the offer of the free Valentines card from Photobox in the Grabbit section and actually got paid £4 for doing it too through Quidco
Will probably run a nice bubble bath and add candles with a glass of champage and some chocolates. Champagne we got ages ago as a present and the chocolates will comes from my Thorntons box that I got at Christmas but havent opened.
We also have Monday off work so was thinking I might do soemthing nice then too
Am thinking of baking some cookies - I might try the chocolate and vanilla recipe above. One day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -

That is such a good idea, Im off to get one of those. Thanks!!!
This website, theromantic.com has some great little ideas, that ive taken and im going to change to suit my partner. I particularly like the treasure hunt idea, altho not so great in a 1 bed flat :rotfl:
But the plan is to do the treasure hunt thing and I'll stay hidden in the front room and when he comes in i'll play his favourite song! Cheap and very cheerful!Gotta get the debt down from £18,000 and fingers crossed win some comps!
Thank you to everyone who posts advice and comps on the forum, Good luck to you all!! :A0 -

This year I'm planning a picnic for OH. I have buffet type food left in the freezer from Christmas and some frozen gingerbread dough that I made. I plan to cut the gingerbread into heart shapes. I've also made a Valentines card. Don't know yet where we are going for the picnic, probably sitting in the car freezing and stuck in the snow
