Virgin cable broadband with a BT landline

Does anyone know if it's possible to have a Virgin cable broadband connection while keeping a BT landline?

Yes, it is. You can take cable broadband on its own.

You can indeed keep the BT line but I thought you also had to pay the Virgin £11 phone line with bb.
Does anyone have the link to BB only?

That's good, from what i can figure out if you take VM with the phone line it just costs more.

On a side note which would be better Sky BB or Virgin? I currently have Sky TV and wouldn't want to get rid (hence keeping BT line)

Just click the appropriate option. All speeds have two buttons, one for with and one for without.

You only need a BT line connected for the 1st 12 months of your contract, unless you have Multiroom.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

I virgin faster though? I ask because i'll be moving soon to an area where the max speed is about 1.5mb on a bt line, if i get virgin (even the 10mb package) will that be faster as it's cable?

Yes. A pretty high chance you will get near the 10mb.
