hi - did nobody take notice of my warnings re the conservatory they constructed for my family?

Only blessing was that because the roof angle was so steep the snow just fell right off - blocking my conservatory door - but at least the roof stayed on!

Hi Good to hear that your roof stayed on. Did you get your problems with Crystal Canopies sorted out in the end?

We have had the same problems with this firm and have now reported them to Trading Standards they will not return phone calls granted they have been out twice took measurements and thats the last we see of them and this started in December and its now July. It is now dangerous and we have had to prop it up to stop it falling down.

Do not deal with this firm.

I posted back in 2010 re crystal canopies, my parents oaps paid crystal canopies £13,550 for defected workmanship while it was a long process we eventually got it sorted.

I made up a blog to report the problem with photos to pre warn other not to deal with this company as telephone calls letter writing was`nt achieving nothing, in the end we had to take legal action against the company and the good news, we won the day, crystal canopies came back and repaired the canopies and now they are fine.

Hi. I am a newby here and just read some bad stuff re Crystal Canopies. Anyone got a good word to say abouth them?
Had a guy around this afternoon and the product looked good, price OK but I am concerned after eading some comments on here.
