Sorry, no point. That site was run by a company called ClientLogic and closed earlier this year:

Why do you need to speak to someone in a specific call centre?0 -
In 2002 I signed up to btbroadband which included email etc, but btyahoo has continued to take a £1.50 charge for the old narrowband email from my debit card, dispite complaining to themon 27th June and them promising to investigate and saying that I would get a call in 5 working days they did not and are saying that I am not entitled to refund. I asked for complaints dept told there was none and after going round in circles today repeating myself 1/2 dozen times I was given an po box in derby to write to and told I have to provide evidence that I have had btbroadband since 2002!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! want to speak to someone or email as supposedly quicker and want to get a name.
I know it is not a lot of money but I have been paying twice technically and that I resent.

Is that the address from
http://help.btinternet.com/yahoo/helpnb/contactus/0,,Complaints-nb,.html ?
I'm guessing that this is the web page where you made your original complaint.
It does give a PO box in Derby but I don't think there's a physical presence there any more.0 -

The Derby PO box is still on the BT web site so maybe it's still valid, even if there's no physical presence there.
For what it's worth, I've managed to keep my btinternet.com address active for years by dialling up very intermittently. I've had the address since 1997 but I haven't used it as my main ISP since the late 90s. I realise you shouldn't need to do this to have your address as it comes as part of your package.0
