How's the job hunting going for OH Sal?

Claire - I think ebay's very hit and miss lately...I've got a few things to list in the next few weeks but it's not going to bring in much....every little helps.

I could do with a very hot, very deep, very bubbly bath...but I don't have the energy to run it or get in and out of it.

    Anyone would think I was 86 not 36 :o

its not...im very depressed about it at the moment. I know he is very down about it too but not really sure what to do without sounding like im nagging. Fcuking hate it and feel like its taking over my life. I have no time in the house when he's not here, he's always here and I miss my time with B on her own. That might sound selfish but I'm happy for him also to have time with her and us together...its just to full on all the time

Not selfish at all Sal - it's hard to have your routine changed - I know that all to well at the moment....I very much enjoy the couple of hours that DH sleeps in the day - just so I can do things without worrying about him being entertained etc.

Is he looking for specific jobs still or just applying for anything that comes up?

Several people have said about facebook changes - I can't see any.....maybe mines broked

difficult situation Sally xxx Has he thought about having a go at some kind of course to jog/stimulate his interest in stuff? Even if it was a leisure course - art, cookery, something like web page building it might help a bit, some of our one off courses are only £5 on a concessionary fee. Is there anything accredited (ie a recognised qualification) he might want to have a go at? You'd get a concessionary fee at my place and if you have a household income of under £350, he'd get it free. I'm thinking - book keeping, payroll, an A level, GCSE etc.

Pooky you are a true inspiration and I always feel bad when I moan ..after all the carp you and E are going through, none of which is his or your fault. He started applying for IT jobs all over the country which he still is, but he has applied for other jobs locally too, like a warehouse manager job (which he did 10+ years ago)

BB I wish he would do some courses, I think he would really like to do a professional qualification but I don't think any of them come with a concession. For example Microsoft Certified Engineer or the Cisco Engineer. I think doing another course like book keeping would be really beneficial though
