Travelex online: which bank's Visa debit card is fee free?

Does anyone know which banks impose additional charges or fees for using a Visa debit card to buy foreign currency online at Travelex? I know first direct does not; Lloyds TSB does. Does anyone know in the case of Halifax? They have a new Travel Money online service that uses Travelex but I prefer going to Travelex directly for the cashback.
Tried buttonholing Travelex about which banks will impose a fee and which won't; however, it seems they are not allowed to say so.
Thanks!

See the link (which I have highlighted in green in the quote below) in the following article on the main site - http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-travel-money
Beware when paying on credit OR debit cards! Sadly, buying currency from a bureau de change in the UK on a credit or debit card isn’t always treated as a UK transaction. All credit cards and some debit cards charge an additional fee on top of what you pay the bureau de change. See a full list of cards that charge.0 -
Perfect - thanks so much.:j0
