VM for a new home question

Righty ho. I may be sounding dumb here.

I will be moving into a rented house, which has recently been refurbished from a former factory (my house is a terraced of 3 homes which used to be the factory's offices).

As there is no phoneline at all in the property, and I want to sign up for VM for bb, phone and tv, can they install this without a phoneline in the first place or do I need to contact BT?

If your talking about Virgin Cable you dont need a BT Line, but the site needs to be cabled.

If your talking about a non cable area Virgin National can connect new BT Compatible lines direct

Both of them operate the most expensive non inclusive phone call tariff your likely to find.
