so i phoned the 0800 number on my letter( "welcoming" me to my price increase )to cancel my ex tiscali broadband/phone. i told them i had swaped my line back to BT and asked if i would still recieve broadband, they didnt know so gave me "Tech" support number ,phoned them, to be told that swapping my line back would also cancel my BB.
great  no broadband.. i`ll cancel everything now i thought, phoned the 0800 number back who said i would need to speek to "cancellations" ..phoned them to be told i needed to speak to the 0800 number to be cancelled ...phoned them again to be told "under no circumstances are we allowed or can we cancel yr account, you need to speak to cancellations"...by this point i was getting a bit annoyed..so i rang the cancellations number who put me on hold to speak to their supervisor to be told (yes u have guessed it) u need to speak to the 0800 department..so once again i rang and explained (again) this time i was told "yeah we can do that for u " ...unbelievable...so i cancelled (2nd feb)
today 4th feb i recieved a letter dated 1st feb saying that after 2nd feb i would no longer be able to reicieve BB and that if i had any incoming Emails i better do it b4 the 2nd otherwise i wouldnt be able to retreive them....WHAT A F****** game
thats my story ..anybody else had similar ?:j
