I'm 11 years younger! :T I am relatively slim but don't exercise and I know that's not good.

Had all my cholesterol, height, weight details etc as I've just had a free health check done at ASDA. Not sure if everyone knows about it but it's worth going just to check your cholesterol levels. They also check your blood sugar levels for diabetes.

Thanks 3 years older than my actual age but because of my BMI- and I'm going to the gym and stuff so should be able to fix that :P
