    4 years over my age due to low BMI apparantly, I would dread to think what it would be if I smoked, good to know and makes us a little bit more aware.

    Great, thanks for this. Apparently my heart is 9 years younger than my real age :) but I am also fat :(.

  • 1yr older than I am. It's a joke you cannot work out heart age taking into account a BMI that is based on weight/height calcs. To calculate proper BMI you need calipers etc.. so take this with a pinch of salt and enjoy the free points :D
